No. Jonah sits alongside your existing systems and reads from them. There's no migration and no rip-and-replace.
How long does onboarding take?
Typical onboarding is 1–2 weeks depending on the number of data sources. We handle the integration work; your team just approves connections.
What data sources does Jonah support?
SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Excel and Google Sheets, email (Gmail and Outlook), most major TMS and WMS platforms, port tracking APIs, and custom CSV feeds.
How is my data kept secure?
All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We are SOC 2 Type II compliant. Your data is never used to train shared models and is fully isolated per tenant.
